Shop FAQ


Q. What courier do you use to ship items?

A. USPS. Shipping is a bit more costly for large prints and items that need to be boxed since I use USPS-provided Priority Mail packaging

Q. How do you figure out the price for shipping? What can I expect items to be mailed in?

A. Weight and distance--mostly weight--decides the price, but it's generally the same across the United States. For orders only including stickers, they would ship via First Class Mail (envelopes with stamps), without a tracking number—this keeps the shipping cost low/free for the customer, especially if you just want a single sticker. Pins ship as First Class Packages in bubble mailers, and if bundled with stickers they can all ship together with tracking included. Prints and originals may ship in flat/rigid mailers as First Class Packages or by Priority Mail (tracked) depending on the size and packaging I have available.

Q. What if I order a pin and a print or original? Can they be shipped in a single package?

A. They would have to ship separately. Prints and originals must be kept flat in flat/rigid mailers, and I wouldn't be able to fit a pin inside the envelopes without risking leaving indentations on the artwork. However, if you ordered a letter-sized print and stickers they would ship in the same package since all products are thin and flat.

Q. What if a package is lost? What should I do?

A. You may let me know and I'll see what I can do, but once a package is out of my hands I can't do much about what happens to the package in transit.


Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Q. Do you accept refunds?

A. Not usually, but I consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to send an email or DM if necessary.

Q. My package says delivered but I don't know where it is. What do I do? Can I get a refund?

A. In rare cases, a package might be inappropriately scanned and marked as "delivered" and will actually arrive in the following days. If a package is marked as "delivered" I have to trust that it was and can't offer a refund, and there's not much I can do about its whereabouts. Sometimes they're marked as delivered but will come the next day.

Q. I accidentally ordered the wrong quantity of an item/the wrong item and want to change or swap something out, can you do anything about that?

A. Yes, so long as I haven't already shipped the order. Just contact me and let me know what you want changed, and if the whole order needs to be canceled and redone I'll let you know.


Q. Do you do commissions?

A. Not currently! I'm not yet comfortable with my abilities to fulfill commissions, but I hope I can provide my services one day.

Q. I want a print of something but you don't have it available. Can you do a custom print for me?

A. I'd consider it, just shoot me an email or DM.
